Horizon Language Center has sprouted from its strong seeds which had been planted a decade ago in 2004,  aiming fulfilment of diverse needs of English language learners, improve not only their language knowledge but also their social skills. HLC was one of the first language centers offering Vietnamese students challenging learning environment that best suits the needs for practicing English Language skills, using English correctly based on the purpose of each learner, and help students become confident while communicating with foreigners and learning more about foreign cultures and traditions.
